•If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled without a minimum of 24 hour notice, you will be charged up to 50% of the reserved service(s).

•No-Shows will be charged 50% of the reserved service(s) plus a non-refundable deposit to reserve their next appointment. This deposit will go toward the overall price of the service(s) desired.

•After two No-Shows, guests will not be allowed to schedule future appointments per the discretion of each licensed professional. Please be respectful of the value of our time as we are respectful of yours.

•Note: If you are late to your appointment, you may be charged a late fee per the discretion of each licensed professional.
